Lesvos Relay 2025 will take place on September 6–7, co-organized by Lesvos Runners, the North Aegean Region, the Museum of the Lesvos Petrified Forest and the Chamber of Lesvos.

Lesvos Realy is being organized since 2018 as a non-competitive event open for everyone. The baton is being transferred around the island for a total distance of 320 kilometers, divided into 36 routes, each one of 2 to 17 kilometers. In selected places of baton change, events will take place organized by local associations.

The Relay will start on Saturday morning, September 6, at 8.00, in Mytilini (Sappho square), the baton will be transferred to the north (to Mandamados) and then moving leftwards around the island will arrive back in Sappho square, Mytilini in the aftrenoon of Sunday, September 7, at 18.00. During the closing ceremony, souvenirs will be offered to the participants.
